Program Manager

A Program Manager will be housed at the Partnership office to assist in measuring and reporting the progress of programs and activities funded by Caldwell County Smart Start A Partnership for Young Children. The Program Manager will monitor program outcomes and outputs, and their effectiveness in meeting the goals and objectives outlined in the strategic plan. The Program Manager will provide technical assistance to service providers and grantees of the Partnership. The Manager will also serve as a liaison with community providers of children’s services. The Manager will work out of the Partnership office and will make regular site visits to direct service providers. The Manager is responsible for compiling all reports required by the North Carolina Partnership for Children or other agencies and funding sources.
