Quality Maintenance

In order to maintain higher quality programs in Caldwell County, the Quality Maintenance incentive will assist child care providers in four and five star facilities meet the challenge of sustaining high quality care.  Increased costs are associated with maintaining a higher quality learning environment as well as retaining additional qualified staff to meet lower child/staff ratios. Payments will be distributed on a monthly basis. Amounts will be determined by the number of children enrolled and licensure level.
